Program Overview: This Program helps managers assess their preparedness to carry out their role as change agents. To learn how individuals and organizations change, choose strategies that increase commitment to the organization’s desired future state and to reduce resistance to change. This program is a companion to Leading Organizational Change for executives.
Program Design: This Program uses a Video Case Study, a Change Readiness Survey and facilitated group discussions to develop insights and action plans that address critical issues in the change process.
Take Home Value: Participants leave with action plans to implement needed changes in their organization. In addition they will be able to:
- Use techniques for anticipating and preventing momentum stoppers
- Identify development opportunities for themselves as change agents
