Leadership Workshops

Leading and Managing: This two-part workshop helps executives and managers gain an understanding of their personal managerial style and effectiveness and then, in part two, helps them learn how to achieve more effective results from direct reports. Each session provides insights and tools to improve the participants’ ability to motivate and develop their staffs, to confront problem employees, and to handle communications breakdowns without blame.
