Building High Performance Teams

Target Audience:  Managers and professionals who must work effectively with other departments.

Length:  We recommend two or three days depending on the program objectives and issues that need to be addressed.

Key Issues Addressed:  Companies today face enormous challenges. 

• Employees must do more with less resources;
• Markets are highly competitive, requiring more creativity and cross-departmental cooperation; and
• Everyone must be committed to the organization’s goals.

Program Overview: This workshop is designed to help participants increase their understanding and commitment to the organization’s goals and appreciate and work more effectively with other team members.  Participants will examine the characteristics of high performing teams, their role in building teamwork, and how to address conflict when it does occur.  Participants will also receive feedback from their team members.
