- Quarterly briefing by the participants to corporate executives on strategic issues
- Monthly meetings with each “Issue Team” to develop solutions for strategic issues
- Each participant on an individual basis

Length: Usually one year, but workshop can be tailored to suit unique requirements and schedules

Workshop Facilitators: A team of executive coaches in the ratio of one coach for every four participants

Presentation Summary: This workshop is designed to address four business needs concurrently:

- The need to develop mid-level managers into future corporate executives
- The need to apply fresh, innovative thinking to strategic corporate issues
- The need for senior executives to mentor high potential executive candidates
- The need to have managers from different divisions work together to resolve strategic issues and implement effective solutions.

Senior executives specify the issues they want addressed and select the high potential managers to participate in the program. The team of BCSI coaches works with the participants on a team basis (one team for each issue selected by the executives) to develop, present, and implement solutions approved by the executives. BCSI coaches also work one-on-one with the participants to develop their leadership and teamwork abilities.

Key Issue Addressed: Senior executives across the U.S. face a growing dilemma: how do they groom their successors when there are so many issues to resolve and so little time. The workshop resolves the dilemma by using the process of grooming successors to develop and implement solutions for the corporation’s current issues.

Take Home Value: The workshop delivers value to the corporation, its senior executives, and the participating mid-level managers as follows:
The corporation develops and implements an innovative approach for several of its most pressing issues and opportunities, Senior executives have the opportunity to mentor and assess the potential of selected mid-level managers, and to resolve issues that otherwise might go unaddressed, and
Participating managers gain access to senior executives, obtain first-hand experience solving the corporation’s major challenges and opportunities, receive mentoring and coaching, and meet managers from other parts of the corporation.
