Drawing on over 25 years experience; Bob’s areas of special expertise are: (1) strategic planning, (2) leadership, and (3) developing human potential. He has worked with private sector clients in the technology, publishing, broadcasting, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries around the world. Bob provides consulting services, workshops, and coaching for executives, managers, and professionals. His clients have included Daimler Chrysler, Sabic, Better Homes and Gardens, Deltek, and Amgen. He also has written articles on Sales and Sales Management.
Prior to forming Busch Change Solutions, Inc. Bob was Vice President of Instruction and Design for Think Training, Inc. for eleven years. He lead development, sales, and delivery of Think Training’s products and services including survey instruments and workshops in the areas of sales, sales management, leadership, and human resources management
Prior to joining Think Training, Inc., Bob was a Senior Consultant with Sterling Institute. There he was responsible for the development and instruction of executive, general management, sales management and sales programs for several Fortune 500 companies. Previously, he was Director of Management Development for GEICO Insurance Company, and Marketing Representative and Trainer for IBM. Bob earned a B.S. in Special Education and an M.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Dr. Richard G. Stieglitz
Dick’s groundbreaking work in helping executives, corporations, and government agencies use change to achieve success have earned him the title of the “Change Doctor.” Dick has 30 years experience implementing change management solutions for businesses and Federal agencies. Having founded and built a government services company from start-up through sale, he has special expertise in: (1) helping companies prepare for the future (strategic planning), (2) maximizing growth (business development) and profitability (operations) in changing business environments, and (3) realizing full value in M&A transactions.
Dick pioneered the Integrated Change Management (ICM) methodology to help Federal agencies (the largest business on earth) change how they do business. He sold his company to devote time to writing, consulting, and speaking. He publishes a monthly e-letter called “The Change Challenge,” and is a frequent speaker at industry and corporate forums on the topics of change management, leadership, and preparing for the future.
Dick earned a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute, and served ten years in the U.S. Navy refueling nuclear submarines before moving to the corporate world. He was VP of a software company, then Director of Defense Consulting for an aerospace firm. Dick is the author of Taming the Dragons of Change in Business.
